On the 11th January 2010, approximately 80 MS/HS teachers of BINUS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Serpong, joined a workshop on Effective Self Awareness, at the Multi Function Hall, BINUS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Serpong. This workshop was organized by the Widia Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (WiTeL) and featured facilitators Dra. Mira Rumeser and Dra. Ade Kosala, M. Psi. Mrs. Rumeser is a Psychologist and Mrs. Kosala is a Senior Consultant of Iradat Konsultan, with experience in MBTI. Both trainers are professionals in Human Resource.
This workshop applied MBTI Types with activities to help participants increase the understanding of self and others, build effective communication and leadership styles, and increase understanding of the effects of individual differences on team work to develop a more effective team.
