On 11th January 2010, 40 ECY/EL Subject Heads and Classroom Teachers of BINUS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Serpong attended a workshop on How Children Learn, held at the 2nd Floor Admissions Hall, BINUS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Serpong. This workshop was organized by the Widia Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (WiTeL) and featured facilitator Dr. Eva J. Hoffman from Connect2education.
Dr. Hoffman is a Professional Educationalist, the author and the co-author of 15 published books. She has taught, spoken at conferences and run workshops all over the world (Argentina, France, Holland, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the USA).
This workshop covered activities to help broaden teachers’ understanding and add strategies and tools to their already existing tool-kit that will help them create the right environment for learning and be more effective in classes of different learning profiles.
